Terms for rental -English By signing this agreement, the tenant confirms and accepts the following conditions of the reservation agreement. Deposit A damage deposit of between 250 - 2500 must be paid to 2Provence in accordance with the individual lease, which will be returned when the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. This guarantee is valid for 30 days after the end of the lease. At some properties the owner must be paid upon arrival and the sum will be refunded upon departure. The amount varies from property to property and is listed in the individual property description. The tenant is liable for any damages (including accidental) during the rental period. We strongly advise you to check your insurance coverage of your family insurance or travel insurance prior to the rental period. Extra expenses (electricity, water etc.) In most cases, electricity, water and gas are included in the price. What is not included is listed in the practical information for each individual property on the reservation contract/website. Tourist tax is only levied in heavily touristed areas and varies from 0.3-3 Euro per day per adult. Arrival and departure Arrival is on Saturday from 16:00. We must be notified of any deviations from the expected arrival time later than 19:00 when you make your booking. If you are delayed, you must inform us, or the contact person, directly. 2Provence cannot be held liable if late arrival at the holiday property makes access to the property on the first day impossible. We will provide precise directions as well as a delivery point for the key in connection with your reservation (about 2 weeks prior to departure). Departure is on Saturday by 09:00 at the latest. The time must be agreed directly with us or with the contact person. The property will be inspected upon departure together with the owner or the contact person. 2Provence We function as agents and are thus responsible for facilitating the rental agreement between the tenant and the owner of the holiday property. The agents liability is limited with regard to actions that are a result of intentional or gross negligence. All our information is based on our inspections of the properties and the areas as well as information from the owners. We always strive to provide correct and objective information, but as there can be changes that take place prior to the start of the lease, which we have not been informed of, we cannot be held responsible for these. In the event of a breach of contract on the part of the owner of the holiday property, we reserve the right to refund the rental amount or to replace the rented property with another (of at least the same standard and capacity). We accept no liability for any changes that are not connected to the house (e.g. changes in opportunities to swim, shops, road and building works, environmental damage etc.). We accept no liability in the event of failure or breaches of the fittings in the property itself, blocked drains or sewers as well as any occurrence of insects and vermin. We accept no liability for typographical errors. 5. Reservation Reservations can be made by letter, email or by booking via www.2provence.dk. The reservation is binding. 6. Cancellation/withdrawal If the rental contract is annulled and it is possible to rent the property out to someone else, then the rental amount minus any costs in connection with re-letting, will be refunded. If the cancellation is received less than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period and re-letting is not possible, then the tenant will be liable to pay the full rental amount. We always recommend that you check whether your cancellation is covered by your own insurance, if in doubt, we recommend that you take out a travel insurance with cancellation cover. |

Please note that supervision at the swimming pool is the responsibility of the tenant.
